    Specification

    Grade, marker, assay method, particle size and pack are agreed in writing before quotation and govern every delivery.

    Production

    Made at partner facilities in India certified to GMP and ISO standards, confirmed for your product before quotation.

  3. 03

    Testing and Release

    Each batch is tested against the specification, verified at accredited third-party laboratories and released with its certificate of analysis.

  4. 04

    Traceability

    Batch numbers link each consignment to its certificate of analysis and to the raw material lot it came from.

  5. 05

    Shipment

    Goods ship sealed in 25 kg drums or bags with the documentation pack. Pre-shipment testing at a laboratory you nominate can be arranged.

Questions

Can I see a certificate of analysis before ordering?

Yes. A representative COA and the specification sheet are shared at quotation, and samples come with the COA of the lot they were drawn from.

Are batches tested by an independent laboratory?

Batches are verified at accredited third-party laboratories. Testing at a laboratory you nominate, such as Eurofins, SGS or Intertek, can be arranged before shipment.

Will you complete our supplier questionnaire?

Yes. Supplier approval questionnaires and specification confirmations are completed in your format as part of onboarding.
